I have many more files to send but here is a start. The wire confirmation from the buying entity is in
the sixth attachment here which is entitled Granite Reality disbursement file.
Please note that all contact was with a "Jen and Steve Marshal" and their attorney in Boston at
Nutter McLennen & Fish.
Our firm was retained to handle the title and settlement services in connection with the closing but
we were also retained to conduct additional research and due diligence on the property that related
to privacy and security. I will send you materials related to that due diligence, as well as my hand
written telephone notes later this afternoon/evening.
