Alert Subject: National Enterprise Systems, Inc., West Virginia and Ohio, is accused of
using strong-arm debt collection tactics including telephone harassment.
BLAFC-WM clears these alerts from a Compliance aspect as a false positive as the full
name and location of Our Party does not match that of the Alert Subject.
