NYC20-0102. New York Na. York 10154 as soon as you can. if you think your statement or receipt is wrong or if you need more
information about a transfer listed on the statement or receipt. We MUST hear front you no later than 60 days after we sent you the
FIRSTstatement on which the error or problem appeared.
• Tell us your name and account number
- Describe the error or transfer you arc unsure about. and explain as clearly as you can why you believe it is an error or why you
need more information
- Tell in the dollar amount of the suspected error
Please note that if you initially provide the above information to If% via telephone. we may require that you send your complaint or
inquiry in writing within ID business days.
We will investigate your complaint and will correct any enor promptly. If we take more than 10 business days (or 20 business days for
